Who Can Enter
To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be Australian or New Zealand residents
How to Enter
Entry online, by Facebook and/or Instagram:
No purchase is necessary to enter. Entrants may enter as often as they wish
To enter simply follow @nixandash on both Facebook and Instagram, tag 3 people and comment “Your favourite thing about Summer”.
The contest starts on Saturday 14th December, 2019 at 4pm and all entries must be received by 5pm Sunday the 22nd of December 2019. Nix and Ash is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, printing errors, server unavailability, computer, or any other electronic malfunction.
On Sunday the 22nd of December at 7pm one (1) winner will be selected by the owners of Nix and Ash from among valid entries. Remaining valid entries will not carry over to the next drawing.
The Prize
One(1) winner will be selected. That winner will receive one (1) Nix and Ash 100% Australian Wool Fedora hat of your choice (colour and size) from available stock at time of competition close. (Valued no more than $49.99)
The winner will be notified by Facebook private and public message. Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide his/her correct name, address and telephone number to Nix and Ash at the time of notification.
If the winner cannot be notified within fourteen(14) days then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected from among remaining valid entries.
Nix and Ash is not responsible for any liability arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Nix and Ash has the right to publicise your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
By entering the competition you are giving Nix and Ash consent to use your comments and entry information on both Instragram and Facebook
The prize will be sent within 3 days of the competition completion and the postage will be paid for by Nix and Ash.
Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous
- Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
- The prize winner will be announced at 7pm on Sunday the 22nd of December via both Instagram and Facebook
- This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Nix and Ash and FACEBOOK accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded here under.
- Nix and Ash cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes, or contest information. Nix and Ash is not responsible for any computer or electronic malfunction, server unavailability, technological glitch, or human error relating to this contest and/or the use of short-code.
