Returns
In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase, Nix & Ash return policy lasts 21 days from date of product being sent. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection to which you will have the option of a store credit (valid for 6 months) or an exchange.
If you are approved, we will notify you within 7 days of receiving the item.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please email hello@nixandash.com with pictures of your purchase and we will provide the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you’re returning the item due to being defective or damaged, the cost of return shipping will be paid by Nix and Ash.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
